The communication was fantastic by the company which regards to when they would pick us up and from where and they answered any questions we had. once we got to the office, the crew were a great laugh and they were very helpful with getting us used to the quads. The journey up the mountain was INCREDIBLE. Driving through dirt roads and winding turns really made the experience. once we got to the first stop, the views were incredible and they only got better the higher we went up. We had the most amazing sunset and we only paid 20 euros for all the pictures they took of us. I would recommend to EVERYONE. read less

We got professional pictures taken and normally I wouldn’t expect much but they were amazing photos with gorgeous views of mount teide and the sunset. The guys, Lee & Daniel, were amazing. The first coming from Swansea Wales, so that suited my husband to a tee! Perfect knowledge of the area and great entertainers. The views were fabulous and there were plenty of "pull-overs" to allow photo taking. A great way to start the day, leaving you free to lunch afterwards. Daniel collected us in the morning from Costa Adeje and dropped us off to a restaurant in La Caleta for lunch - can't fault the service! We will not hesitate to contact the guys again when we return towards the end of the year. We've not done anything like this before so cannot compare prices. The two Danny’s were brilliant, it’s about 1.5 hours up to see the sunset which was unbelievable above the clouds, then in the dark a totally different experience going back which was an hour.Pick up from hotel and drop off if your in the catchment area. Una volta partiti dal deposito dei mezzi, abbiamo guidato fino al Parco Naturale del Teide, ognuno in sella al proprio quad. Il percorso è suddiviso in tre soste, in qui è stato possibile ammirare il paesaggio. Al terzo stop, ovvero la pausa più lunga abbiamo ammirato il tramonto sul mare da ben 2000 m di altezza. Le guide, Davide e Dani, sono state la parte più piacevole, super disponibili e preparati ad ogni evenienza. Da italiani abbiamo avuto la possibilità di dialogare con Davide, che ha dimostrato tutta la passione che impiega nel svolgere il suo lavoro. Davvero ammirevole! Me and my girlfriend booked this while on holiday and it is one of the best experiences we have ever had. The company were extremely informative for the start, keeping us up to date with what we would need to bring with us etc. They even had Emily, one of the employees, pick us up from our hotel and drop us off at the location. Emily was very friendly and made us all feel welcome. We were given the correct protective wear and shown how to work the quads. They made sure that we were all comfortable and had someone on either end of the trail to make sure we were safe. They provided a quality service, water, food and pictures. I would recommend this experience to anyone who likes outdoor activities like this. A special mention to David and Danny we who looked after us all! read less

We were picked up at roughly 3:30pm... read moreMyself and my partner did the Sunset tour and we would highly recommend. We were picked up at roughly 3:30pm and got back to our hotel around 9pm. We thought the “3hr tour” would include pick up and drop off time but it was a full 3 hours on the Quad Bikes. Danny and David took our tour and were amazing and so helpful and reassuring. The views were gorgeous and we were given water, alcohol free champagne (can’t drink and drive) and biscuits throughout. They also took photos with a professional camera which you are offered to purchase as an extra at the end but you can obviously also take your own pictures. Emily was our driver and was lovely and so chatty, she even offered to drop us wherever we wanted on the way back if it was easier - this was so kind of her. This was a fantastic experience and we would love to do it again if we came back again. read less

Staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable and respected the national park. We went as a family of 4, on 2 quads. Our teenage daughters loved it - we all did. Wear old/dark clothes as you will get very dirty but we went prepared for that. You are given water and biscuit at a stop and you are offered to purchase scarf/mask to cover your nose and mouth from the dust going through the forest. Daniel picked us up from our apt and drove us to the shop where we were provided with jacket and helmet. We followed the guide whilst Daniel followed the entire tour in a 4x4, presumably for safety but he also took loads of pictures throughout - you are given the option on purchasing these at the end of the tour for €20. You cannot use your own phone for pics/videos whilst out on the road but that would be expected. Really great day and definitely worth it. There is no option for a "play" on an open part of ground to have fun at any speed with these quads (something we've done many years ago in Tenerife). read less Fantastic experience! Beginning with booking through Tenerife First Excursions. Everyone in the office was polite, friendly and made the booking process as smooth as possible. We were picked up promptly from the pick-up point and taken to the office. Helmets, jackets and gloves provided fit well an kept us warm during the trip. The actual trip itself was perfect! We saw some incredible views of Teide national park and the silhouettes of neighbouring islands above the clouds. The sunset itself was one of the best we’ve ever seen, paired nicely with an ice cold glass of Cava! The guides were friendly and knowledgeable, provided snacks and drinks at every stop and took some fantastic photographs for us. After the trip, Vicky took us back to our drop-off point and was extremely friendly and made sure even though the quad trip was over, the journey back was a fun one. We would 100% recommend this trip to anyone and everyone visiting Tenerife, and can’t wait to do it again! read less

Daniel is very bubbly and nice fella and welcomed us well as we got into the mini bus. The views from tiede are absolutely stunning and Lee showed and told us so many interesting facts! The only thing is I got to hot (I don’t do massively well with heat) so I went back in the car with Emily but we had such a good chat and my friend got to continue enjoying the quad which she loved so much. The quads were really comfortable and and the coats and fleeces they give you were warm, but take your own layers too, it’s chilly on top and on the way back down after dark. The professional photos they take are definitely worth the 20 euro, but they are happy to take photos on your own devices. Really knowledgeable about the area and hand some great info. Quads where also in great condition ( might sound mad but compared to another firm we went with previously! ) a few stop offs with what’s what on the surrounding area & landscape . A reasonable amount of off road forest then tarmac to finish . As u can tell worth the money to see a really prett part of the island . Wir bekamen direkt eine Whatsapp Nachricht mit den wichtigen Daten der Tour und dem Abholzeitpunkt. Daniel war pünktlich an unserem Hotel. Danach fuhren wir nach Santiago de Teide, wo die Tour startete. Hier wurden wir herzlich von Daniel und Lee begrüßt. Sie kleideten uns ein und erklärten alles ausführlich. Danach ging es los zu den Quads, es wurde alles verständlich und mit einer lustigen Art erklärt. Anschließend ging es mit einer Gruppe von 8 Quads los. Es war eine mega schöne Strecke. Es gab einige Stopps wo wir gehalten haben. Es war sehr interessant da Lee noch zu jedem Stopp eine kurze Information gab (Vulkanausbrüche, Natur, usw.) Ebenso gab es Wasserflaschen, Kekse und einen alkoholfreien Sekt auf dem Aussichtspunkt für den Sonnenuntergang. Auf der ganzen Tour wurden professionelle Fotos mit einer Spiegelreflexkamera von Daniel gemacht. Es gab Fotoideen von dem Team, aber man konnte auch noch selbst entscheiden wo man ein Foto möchte. (man konnte sich diese Bilder am Ende der Tour anschauen und entscheiden ob man sie für 20€ kaufen möchte. Was meiner Meinung nach ein fairer Preis war. Abschließend war es eine mega Erfahrung und ein super schöner Ausflug in Teneriffa, der Teide ist ein „Must have“ zum Anschauen. read less

The champagne for the sunset an added bonus.The quads were well set up and we were shown how everything works before we set off.We ride motorcycles but these were a different beast to manovere but manageable. Great experience and the team were beyond helpful and friendly. Big should out to Lee, David and Emily who were great from start to finish. Pick up/return to our hotel was smooth and easy, great comms on WhatsApp and Lee and David on the journey up and down the mountain were a good sport and ensured everyone had a good time, even brought snacks and some bubbly for everyone to enjoy when watching the sunset. Honestly cannot recommend these guys enough, my partner and I had a great time in the sunset tour. If you’re looking for an excursion up Mount Teide, look no further than these guys. read less

We make multiple stops to grab photos and see some beautiful views along the way. Daniel was a stunning photographer who captured SUCH professional photos. We paid only twenty euros for over 400 pictures he took on our trip!! Lee was so informed and was a great guide, sharing history about the beautiful Tiede and surrounding land. The best tour Trip started great with a nice new mini bus turning up to collect me with a guy called Dan driving... read moreTrip started great with a nice new mini bus turning up to collect me with a guy called Dan driving he was very friendly and made me feel very welcome especially doing this by myself. We collected others then went to premises to get fitted out with helmet jacket and gloves and use the toilet if needed. Once we arrived there, Lee was there to greet us and then went down the road to get fitted with our quads. The quads were in good condition and drove well, Dan drove in front in a jeep and we were followed with Lee behind in another jeep with a spare quad on his trailer. Great set up! Lee knew his history and Dan took great pictures! I highly recommend these guys they really try to make a good trip we had the best sunset!!! Thanks again!! read less

The tour guides Lee and Daniel are great and you can really tell how much they love their jobs. Daniel took some amazing photos of us along the journey which you are able to purchase at the end (definitely worth the money!) We did have a small issue at the end of our experience however this was resolved quickly and safely by Lee and I could not fault our experience!! Overall I would definitely recommend booking a quad experience through Tenerife First Quads, you definitely will not regret it. read less

You’ll ride along with the group leader over the roads from Santiago del teide to the summit of teide itself. No off-roading during this trip; you’ll have to take the Forest tour for that. During the trip the leader will make a few stops and tell some interesting facts about Tenerife and the volcanos. At the end you’ll stop for a breathtaking view of the sunset. 10/10 would recommend. read less

Crazy experience, we did a 3 hour journey almost to the summit with the quads making several stops with local food snacks, very good, thanks Dani the guide. We were hoping to go off road but that can only be done during the week, but all in all very nice even without it. The guide Davide is very knowledgeable and very kind. So if you are looking for a valid agency for a trip to Teide they are very professional and kind, they even provided us with jackets and trousers because it was a bit cool during the journey. The company were very flexible in terms of drop offs and really went the extra mile to be helpful and accommodating. The experience itself was well organised and fun but at the same time felt safe. The instructors (I think Dani and David, I'm sorry if I got your names wrong its been over two weeks since the event) were excellent, informative, helpful and entertaining. I would highly recommend this experience, but if you are small and very light it is probably best that you do not drive your own quad bike as the handling can be challenging when going off road. It was amazing! Both of the guides were incredibly nice and the experience was a lot of fun. Big recommendation from us! Tip: If you live on the northern side of the island, make sure to bring your own car. You can’t count on getting a taxi from Santiago del Teide after the sunset tour and the busses don’t run that late. We were lucky to get a ride by one of the really nice guides to the south side of the island where we could then get a taxi. But it ended up costing 160€ since it was night time and the opposite end of the island. I’m giving it a 5 star despite that experience so that should really signal how good of an experience it is 😉 read less

Eine unglaublich tolle Tour durch den wunderschönen Nationalpark! Die Guides von Teneriffa First Quads sind mega cool drauf und sprechen perfekt verständliches Englisch. Wir kamen zu spät durch... read moreDie Guides von Teneriffa First Quads sind mega cool drauf und sprechen perfekt verständliches Englisch. Wir kamen zu spät durch eine Fehler der Bucherin (Reisebüro) und wurden mit Begeisterung begrüßt und versichert, dass es nicht unsere Schuld sei. Wir bekamen Helme, eine kurze Einführung in die quads und dann ging es auch schon los. Wir fuhren eine ganze Weile, und hielten insgesamt dreimal an. Uns wurde kaltes Wasser, Snacks und Zigaretten (😂) angeboten, einer der guides erzählte uns spannende Dinge über den Nationalpark, die Pinien und den Berg Teide. Wir fütterten etwas weiter sogar Eidechsen, die sehr zahm waren und bis auf die Handfläche krabbelten um sich das Futter zu schnappen. Daniel, einer der Guides, hatte eine Kamera dabei und schoss tolle Fotos, die man nachher für 20 Euro kaufen konnte. Haben wir gemacht- es lohnt sich!! Die Tour war so toll, wir hatten großen Spaß und fühlten uns immer gut behandelt und sicher aufgehoben. Tipp: Cremt euch gut mit Sonnencreme ein! Kurze Hosen rutschen ein Stückchen hoch wenn man auf dem Quad sitzt, diese Stelle nicht vergessen.. und die Waden auch nicht 😉 Wenn wir wieder auf Teneriffa sind, machen wir auf jeden Fall nochmal mit First Quads eine Tour ^^ read less

You will be picked up from your hotel and brought to the start point at our office in Santiago del Teide. You will be given a safety briefing and instructions on how to drive the quad. You will then start this magical trip through the forest while enjoying the beautiful views along the way.
