Lee and Daniel were absolutely great they made the trip a lot more exciting and fun than I thought it would be. The quads were super easy to use and me and my girlfriend were able to swap over to take turns driving. We were also provided with a tasty sandwich and as much water as we wanted. The views were incredible, while on the tour we made a few stops and Lee and Daniel explained the history behind the stops we made. Daniels photos were awesome, definitely worth a buy. Bij de zonsondergang kregen we nog een lekker glaasje (alcoholvrij) bubbels.Na de tocht werden we weer netjes afgezet aan ons hotel. Zeker een dikke aanrader! read less

Daniel, Emily and Lee did our tour and they were all super friendly. Lee was very knowledgable and we loved how we learnt all about the volcanos and the stop for biscuits and drinks and the top. We got professional pictures taken and normally I wouldn’t expect much but they were amazing photos with gorgeous views of mount teide and the sunset. They provided snacks and drinks and made the whole thing so amazing. Perfect for couples, friends and family. Make sure to wrap up warm as it is really cold in the mountains, if u can try wear multiple layers. Over all the best experience I’ve had out here definitely worth it!! read less

Everything from hotel pick up to riding instructions to the ride itself was on point. All of the staff were polite and friendly. The four wheeling ride was on smooth paved road, not the off-roading on rough terrain type that some may think, but still worth it for the beautiful sunset views of Mount Teide. It does get chilly, especially at higher altitudes plus the wind while riding, so bring a jacket (they do provide jackets as well). Dan (tour guide) also had a professional camera with him to take (multiple) photos of everyone, which he reviewed with us at the end of the tour and was only 20 euros for all photos. Totally worth it! Best of it all- I thought I was just going on a four wheeler ride but turned out that my boyfriend proposed at the top of the mountain with the sunset backdrop, and Dan/team captured this amazing moment on camera. I loved how the pictures came out! This excursion definitely exceeded my expectations. read less

Wir bekamen direkt eine Whatsapp Nachricht mit den wichtigen Daten der Tour und dem Abholzeitpunkt. Daniel war pünktlich an unserem Hotel. Danach fuhren wir nach Santiago de Teide, wo die Tour startete. Hier wurden wir herzlich von Daniel und Lee begrüßt. Sie kleideten uns ein und erklärten alles ausführlich. Danach ging es los zu den Quads, es wurde alles verständlich und mit einer lustigen Art erklärt. Anschließend ging es mit einer Gruppe von 8 Quads los. Es war eine mega schöne Strecke. Es gab einige Stopps wo wir gehalten haben. Es war sehr interessant da Lee noch zu jedem Stopp eine kurze Information gab (Vulkanausbrüche, Natur, usw.) Ebenso gab es Wasserflaschen, Kekse und einen alkoholfreien Sekt auf dem Aussichtspunkt für den Sonnenuntergang. Auf der ganzen Tour wurden professionelle Fotos mit einer Spiegelreflexkamera von Daniel gemacht. Es gab Fotoideen von dem Team, aber man konnte auch noch selbst entscheiden wo man ein Foto möchte. (man konnte sich diese Bilder am Ende der Tour anschauen und entscheiden ob man sie für 20€ kaufen möchte. Was meiner Meinung nach ein fairer Preis war. Abschließend war es eine mega Erfahrung und ein super schöner Ausflug in Teneriffa, der Teide ist ein „Must have“ zum Anschauen. read less

Once we arrived at the office Lee and Daniel was introduced themselves and got us ready to go, both very friendly and approachable! We wasn't staying in the locations included in the transfers but worked around us and helped us out massively. The quads were really comfortable and and the coats and fleeces they give you were warm, but take your own layers too, it’s chilly on top and on the way back down after dark. The professional photos they take are definitely worth the 20 euro, but they are happy to take photos on your own devices. Really knowledgeable about the area and hand some great info. We arrived at the office and got kitted out in jackets with protective armour, a helmet and gloves, plus there was a safety talk. Thankfully the quads were easy to use too. The scenery on the way to the forest was stunning 😍, as was the weather ☀️. My favourite part was being off road in the forest going through the tall pine trees. It felt so freeing. The views of Mount Teide and the other volcanoes where breathtaking! I really enjoyed the nature talks guide Lee gave too. We had an amazing experience together!We thought we came prepared, but up in the mountains it was raining. No worries. We were equipped with motorcycle jackets and rain gear. We got a quad with a top box, which meant that our granddaughter had a back rest for extra safety.Because of the rain and the clouds we missed some of the views, but in the mist the forest looked magical and we were cosy in our warm gear.The guides made a few stops and told us about the corona forestal and the volcano. The company were very flexible in terms of drop offs and really went the extra mile to be helpful and accommodating. The experience itself was well organised and fun but at the same time felt safe. The instructors (I think Dani and David, I'm sorry if I got your names wrong its been over two weeks since the event) were excellent, informative, helpful and entertaining. I would highly recommend this experience, but if you are small and very light it is probably best that you do not drive your own quad bike as the handling can be challenging when going off road. From the first minute we was out at ease by Daniel (blonde hair) as he explained everything and the two guys who run the trip was a brilliant double team! Their knowledge and professionalism made my Wife who was very nervous about the trip feel so much better about me driving a quad on the open roads 😅. We made a few stops where we was given water and snacks and the guys knowledge of the history was great. We then got up to 2000m where we watched the sunset with a nice glass of champagne which is one of the best things I’ve seen in my life. Very friendly chap picked us up right outside the hotel, and delivered us back. The staff were very friendly and helpful all the way through. Everyone on the trip had a great time. The views were amazing and the roads great fun to ride on the Quads. Quads also were brand new and zero issues. Really want to come back and do this again. Also, the chap leading us took photos on the stops which we could by at the end for about 20 euros, so I didn't worry about pics of myself and my daughter on the bikes. read less

The tour guides Lee and Daniel are great and you can really tell how much they love their jobs. Daniel took some amazing photos of us along the journey which you are able to purchase at the end (definitely worth the money!) We did have a small issue at the end of our experience however this was resolved quickly and safely by Lee and I could not fault our experience!! The communication was fantastic by the company which regards to when they would pick us up and from where and they answered any questions we had. once we got to the office, the crew were a great laugh and they were very helpful with getting us used to the quads. The journey up the mountain was INCREDIBLE. Driving through dirt roads and winding turns really made the experience. once we got to the first stop, the views were incredible and they only got better the higher we went up. It was amazing! Both of the guides were incredibly nice and the experience was a lot of fun. Big recommendation from us! Tip: If you live on the northern side of the island, make sure to bring your own car. You can’t count on getting a taxi from Santiago del Teide after the sunset tour and the busses don’t run that late. We were lucky to get a ride by one of the really nice guides to the south side of the island where we could then get a taxi. But it ended up costing 160€ since it was night time and the opposite end of the island. I’m giving it a 5 star despite that experience so that should really signal how good of an experience it is 😉 read less

Wir kamen zu spät durch eine Fehler der Bucherin (Reisebüro) und wurden mit Begeisterung begrüßt und versichert, dass es nicht unsere Schuld sei. Wir bekamen Helme, eine kurze Einführung in die quads und dann ging es auch schon los. Wir fuhren eine ganze Weile, und hielten insgesamt dreimal an. Uns wurde kaltes Wasser, Snacks und Zigaretten (😂) angeboten, einer der guides erzählte uns spannende Dinge über den Nationalpark, die Pinien und den Berg Teide. Wir fütterten etwas weiter sogar Eidechsen, die sehr zahm waren und bis auf die Handfläche krabbelten um sich das Futter zu schnappen. Daniel, einer der Guides, hatte eine Kamera dabei und schoss tolle Fotos, die man nachher für 20 Euro kaufen konnte. Haben wir gemacht- es lohnt sich!! Die Tour war so toll, wir hatten großen Spaß und fühlten uns immer gut behandelt und sicher aufgehoben. Tipp: Cremt euch gut mit Sonnencreme ein! Kurze Hosen rutschen ein Stückchen hoch wenn man auf dem Quad sitzt, diese Stelle nicht vergessen.. und die Waden auch nicht 😉 Wenn wir wieder auf Teneriffa sind, machen wir auf jeden Fall nochmal mit First Quads eine Tour ^^ read less

The two Danny’s were brilliant, it’s about 1.5 hours up to see the sunset which was unbelievable above the clouds, then in the dark a totally different experience going back which was an hour.Pick up from hotel and drop off if your in the catchment area. Na een relatief kort stuk over de openbare weg met weinig verkeer - ideaal om te wennen aan de machine- ga je naadloos over naar onverharde paden in het natuurpark tussen de sparren. Hoewel de topsnelheid bewust beperkt wordt omwille van veiligheid en natuurbehoud, biedt deze route meer dan uitdaging en sensatie genoeg om iedereen aan zijn trekken te laten komen en bovendien te kunnen genieten van een onvergetelijke omgeving. Er worden een paar korte stops ingelast waar - in ons geval Lee - met humor en kennis van zaken toelichting geeft over o.a. het park, vulkanen, geschiedenis van het eiland en biodiversiteit. We were picked up at our hotel taken and fitted with jackets and helmets before getting a walk through of how the quads work. We thought the “3hr tour” would include pick up and drop off time but it was a full 3 hours on the Quad Bikes. Danny and David took our tour and were amazing and so helpful and reassuring. The views were gorgeous and we were given water, alcohol free champagne (can’t drink and drive) and biscuits throughout. They also took photos with a professional camera which you are offered to purchase as an extra at the end but you can obviously also take your own pictures. Emily was our driver and was lovely and so chatty, she even offered to drop us wherever we wanted on the way back if it was easier - this was so kind of her. This was a fantastic experience and we would love to do it again if we came back again. read less
